Hi everyone! I apologize profusely for not opening lines today as scheduled. It took me a lot longer to finish off my remaining commissions than I thought (and I'm still not done lol!) so instead I will open up commission lines TOMORROW early afternoon.

I still have 1 chibi and 1 icon to finish tonight, and after that I'd really really really like to check out the new patch. ICC omg! XD;


Uhrrr.. I was gonna post some of the finished icons/chibis but I'd rather show them all at once. So instead you get a dumb picture of Lobster that I've been poking at off and on for a few weeks.

So...a few months ago (back in June to be precise) my ex, who got me into WoW in the first place, broke up with me. It wasn't a pretty breakup, and I quit WoW because it reminded me of him and I wanted absolutely nothing to do with him anymore.

I was recently hanging out with my new boy (I'm very hesitant to say boyfriend) and saw that his brother had World of Warcraft on his computer. Suddenly, I missed it and had an overwhelming urge to play again. The urge to play didn't make me think about my ex--it made me think about my GL, the guild we created more or less together, the storyline of WoW that I love so much, the challenge of figuring out dungeons and working together to take down bosses. I thought about my ex eventually of course, but he's quit for good now I think. Can't afford to play--he's jobless somewhere in Cali and won't be on my server anymore.

My computer is currently working to install the 3.3 patch, and I'm sitting here thinking of all the things I've probably missed over the past months. The main thing I'm wondering is this. My main was a level 72 enhancement shaman. What is enhancement like now? From what I've read of the patch notes I've missed, it seems like shamans have been balanced out with other classes. When I left, they were kind of nerftastic. Any better now...?

So I'm a super n00b when it comes to making my own UIs, I've been looking at ones at WoWinterface, but I come to ask you ladies (and lurking gents!) which you use or simple (real simple lol) ideas for my own. I play a resto shaman and DK if it matters. Thanks!

I thought I'd share this here since I had been working on it for like the past month. This is the artwork I submitted for the holiday card contest this year. I love druids so when the idea came to me of a tauren druid and a night elf druid under the mistletoe I had to go through with it.

You can download the full view or the actual card template for a version with non-fail JPEG artifacts. :B Trust me, the larger you view it, the better it looks. I'm really happy with some of the little details you can't see when it's shrunk down, like how the x-mas lights around the bird form druid's neck look. I know the background is mediocre, but I lacked the time to do anything in great detail. I'm happy with it nonetheless.

I come to you with some QQ and in need of some advice.

I like to pvp, mainly bg's, although I wanna do some arena in the future. Last week I joined a pvp guild. Today someone approached me, he was looking for an arena partner. We did some 2v2 skirmish and I just absolutely sucked. (he was better geared than me but I don't think that's an excuse? I'm in deadly/furious gear) I'm just afraid that my reputation in the guild is ruined or something.

Of course, people can improve. But I have been 80 for 4 months now? And I haven't seen much improvement. Maybe I'm just too hard on myself.. Thing is, I love pvp, I don't like pve (instances take way too long, and I'm terrified of groups with random people who (sometimes) act like assholes). So if I can't enjoy pvp anymore..? WoW is my hobby and I just suck at it. I know it's just a game and it's for fun, and I don't want to be UBERAWESOMEOMG good but I just want to not suck -_- I have HAD it with everything. I suck at dps, at tanking, maybe I should try healing? *sigh*


So ladies, what have you done to improve with pvp except practice, practice, practice? (if there's anything?)

Oh yes I should probably replace some of my gems.. as soon as I have money.

I've seen some healers run around with macros that announce who they're rezzing and of course, I want to be ~*cute and original*~ too. I realize I could just simply bind a boring macro to my resurrection button, but I'm looking for something that allows me to randomize a few entertaining (to me) phrases. Bonus points of this addon can be easily turned off for when I get pissed at my cutsywutsy announcements.

Someone suggested Announcer, but it errors and yells at me or something and I'm tired of logging into error messages. (No amount of playing with the interface options has let me turn it off, GRR.)

I use a combo of Healbot and Clique, and I know Healbot has an announcer, but it's not as customizable as what I'm looking for.

Healers, lend me your ideas! :D

(And yeah yeah, I know sometimes cutesy shit like this annoys people. Sorry if it annoys you, but I like it. :P)

I have had to delete a ton of posts this afternoon and it would save us all a headache if I didn't have to anymore. I heard some stuff a while back about a "core hound pup" pet. I jsut saw it come up in Twitter from Nibuca. Anyone have any idea how you get this cute little critter? My work pretty much locks out most wow and gaming sites. lol damn firewalls.

I've been meaning to update my addons for a while, especially with 3.3 coming in. How do I update my mods without losing all of my settings? :( I would hate hate hate to have to redo everything, but I can't find any info through Google. I'd also prefer to do it by hand, not use an outside application.

Yes, you can create your own achievement! Granted you can only use it as a forum signature or some such... but it's still fun.

Hey all, first time poster here, and I wanted to know what you think of this:

I've played this game for 4 years now, and one of the rarest things I have ever encountered is a female tank. Maybe it's my server? Anyway, since I decided to start tanking with my female draenei back in Burning Crusade (I am male), almost every tanking partner I've ever had in a raid was a guy, usually older than me and often more experienced. Most often I would see women play dps or healer roles, and if they did have a tank, it was an alt of theirs that wasn't played often. The only female main tank I know is a longtime druid friend of mine, and she is a beast, literally and when it comes to holding aggro and staying alive. I would like to see more women take up tanking and show us guys a thing or two about protecting a group. :)

I'm ONE quest away (horde side, 86/87) and am having a doozy of a time figuring out what I've missed. I've flown over Garadar, Throne of Elements, Halaa, the dudes on the road by the murkbloods, the goblin with the Jump-a-tron, the fellow in the eastern Ogre camp, the dude in the hut by the alliance town, Nesingwary's camp and even headed down all the canyons.... all with low level quest tracking on and on a slow mount.

I've done all the quests out of the Aldor location in Shadowmoon. I've camped Nesingwary for "I'm Saved". I've killed the murkblood a dozen times "just in case" and dropped every air elemental I can find "just in case". I did the gem rep quest out of the consortium camp (for friendly>honored, not sure if I should grind to revered and try again to see if it counts again).

I've gone into Oshugun, several times, killed everything in there "just in case" several times.

WHERE'S MY LAST QUEST!? Any suggestions?
